About Our Jams, Preserves and Marmalades

All of our jams are made in small batches with our own fresh herbs and fruits picked at the height of the season for an intense flavor.

Raspberry Jam 

We handpicked our red raspberries and made a jam with an intense raspberry flavor that will leave your mouth watering for more. Try it in thumbprint cookies. Try a small spoonful when making a Raspberry Martini.              8 oz. – $7.50 – customer favorite

 Blueberry Jam 

Blueberries from our garden picked at their peak go into this scrumptious jam. Delicious on toast, English muffins, scones and of course your next peanut butter and jelly sandwich. 8 oz. – $7.50 – customer favorite       

Blueberry Lemon Jamblueberry & lemon

Blueberries from our garden and zest from lemons make this a special treat on toast or bagels with cream cheese. Use it for the center filling on a vanilla layer cake or cupcakes for that extra special finishing touch. Try a small spoonful when making a Blueberry Lemon Martini.  8 oz. – $7.50 

Strawberry Jam

Everyone’s favorite jam…sweet and juicy with chunks of strawberries hidden inside. Perfect on toasts, English muffins, croissants and scones. A must for your next peanut butter and jelly or try a dollop in yogurt. Can be used as a topping on cheesecake or as the center filling in a layer cake.                                                                    8 oz. – $7.50

Peach Jam

Nothing says summer like peaches! Spread this jam on toast or your favorite pastries- sconces or fresh out of the oven rolls. Make a peanut butter & jam sandwich or serve over ice cream. Truly a peach lover’s delight!

Three Berry Jam                   

Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries make up this delicious jam. Equal amounts of each berry will make you wish for summer again. Use it on toast, English muffins or scones. Add a dollop to your yogurt or on top of vanilla ice cream.  8 oz. – $7.50

Crab Apple Rhubarb Jam

If you like your jam just a little tart than this will become your favorite. We mixed the tartness of rhubarb and crab apple in a delicious jam that will be your favorite spread on all your breakfast treats. 8 oz. – $7.50

Blackberry Rhubarb Jam           

The blackberries were huge this year and the rhubarb was plentiful. We couldn’t resist making this jam with the dark berries and fresh rhubarb we picked. Try it on any breakfast toast, muffin or bagel                            for an extra special treat.                    8 oz. – $7.50

Caramel Apple Jam

apple 2We used the apples from our orchard to make this decadent apple treat that is like apple pie in a jar. Use it as a pie filling or in apple turnovers. Delicious on vanilla ice cream. Try it as a topping on baked brie. Contains butter. 8 oz. – $7.50 

Ginger Pear Preserves                     

We used our pears with ginger and lemon to make this lovely pear preserve to use on toast, homemade bread, peanut butter and jelly or over vanilla ice cream. This warm spiced jam could also be used on top of pork chops or on a baked brie.   8 oz. – $7.50

Apple Preserves

We use freshly ripened apples from the orchard to make this fall favorite preserve. A sweet treat on toast, bagels, yogurt, English muffins or any pastry. Delicious as a sweet glaze on a pork roast or ham. 8 oz. – $7.50 

Warm Apple Pie

Apple pie in a jar with a touch of heat. Delicious on toast, bagels or an English muffin. Perfect glaze for a pork roast or ham. Serve with warm brie cheese, crackers or a sliced baguette as an appetizer. 8 oz. – $7.50 out of stock

Hot Pepper Garlic Jam

Wow! So much flavor from our own hot peppers and garlic. Fabulous on a BLT or any sandwich. Serve with cheese and crackers or on baked brie. Try it slathered on a pork roast or roast beef prior to cooking or spice up a chicken dish. Add it to a stir fry or homemade fried rice. Excellent as a dip for steak or onion rings or fries. Use as a finishing glaze while your steak is resting or se as a base on your next pizza.  8 oz.- $9.00 – customer favorite 

Raspberry Habanero Jam

We mixed the sweet of raspberry and the heat of habanero peppers together to make a jam that is delicious on cream cheese & crackers. This jam delivers a spicy tang when topped on a warm brie. Spread it on your bagel & cream cheese. Use as a glaze on chicken, pork, ribs or salmon for a warm & sweet taste that will awaken your taste buds. Slather on a chicken or turkey sandwich. 8 oz. – $7.50 

Peach Habanero Jam

Those sweet summer peaches and the hot orange habaneros mixed together are the perfect mix of sweet and heat. Perfect with cheese & crackers or topped on brie. Use as a finishing touch for off the grill ribs, chicken or pork. Add a dollop to your next peach cosmos for a sweet & spicy summer drink. 8 oz. – $7.50


Firecracker Marmaladefirecracker

This hot marmalade is made with red onions, raisins and hot peppers! Baste on a ham, ribs or pork loin while baking. Also great on hot dogs, sausages and burgers. Spice up your sandwich and yes, it’s Hot!           8 oz.– $7.50
